Robin Westermann

In order to make the perfect accessory for any woman, Robin Westermann is constantly studying new techniques and design ideas. She says, “There is a hat for everyone, providing it is the right size and shape.” Robin has learned secrets of the trade from renowned British milliners, such as Rose Cory (the late Queen Mother’s milliner), Caroline Morris and Louise Pocock. Through the Inkberrow School of Design in the UK, she successfully completed the City and Guilds Levels 1 + 2 qualifications, specialising in millinery.

To develop her craft, Robin frequently attends master millinery workshops in London, including ones on “Vintage Millinery Trimmings” by Thomas Von Nordheim and “Sinamay Techniques” by Bridget Bailey.

Robin has been featured in the Süddeutsche Zeitung and the Donaukurier, amongst other publications.
